Pristine Breeze provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Australia. Service scope, frequency, and pricing are confirmed in your quote or service agreement before work commences.

Quotes provided through our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if property conditions or requirements differ from those described at the time of quoting.

A booking is confirmed once you accept a quote and any required deposit or scheduling arrangements are agreed.

You agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time
• Secure valuables and inform us of any fragile or sensitive items
• Disclose any hazards, pets, or special conditions before the clean
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available where required

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or failure to provide access may incur a fee to cover lost scheduling and travel costs.

Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the service. We reserve the right to charge interest or suspend services for overdue accounts.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will work with you to address the issue, which may include a re-clean of the affected areas at no extra charge, subject to reasonable assessment.

We carry public liability insurance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the affected service or the amount paid for that service, whichever is lower.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, submit false information, or use our content without permission.

All content on this website including text, logos, images, and design is owned by or licensed to Pristine Breeze and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
